Obituary of Patricia Ann Millhaem

February 8, 1933 - January 17, 2022

Patricia Ann Millhaem, age 88, most recently of Hilton Head Island, SC passed away on January 17, 2022.  Pat was born and raised in Charles City, Iowa. She was a graduate of Charles City High School and the University of Iowa after also attending Grinnell College.  After graduation, she was active in her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta and the American Association of University Women.  She later worked a variety of roles in health care and administration.  After graduation from college, Pat lived in Omaha, Des Moines, Cleveland, Minneapolis, and Chicago.  After she and her husband retired, they relocated to Sarasota, FL where she volunteered at St. Andrews Church and working for a variety of women’s support organizations.  She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 63 years, Bill.  She is survived by her sons Bill (Anne) and Mike (Toni), grandsons Michael (Kelly) and Brian (Amanda), great grandson William and great granddaughters Emily, Beezie and Maggie.  A family memorial celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Women’s Resource Center of Sarasota.
