Obituary of William H. Ninabuck

Bill Ninabuck died April 28^th, 2021 at The Preston Health Center in The Cypress, Hilton Head Plantation. He was born in Columbus, Wisconsin in 1933, the son of Margaret and Herbert W. Ninabuck.

Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1955 with a Business Degree majoring in Finance. He was employed by AXA/Equitable in 1956 in the company’s Commercial Real Estate Investment Department in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Field Office.

Following an extensive 2 year training program in the appraisal and investment analysis of all types of commercial real estate, he accepted a position in 1961 in investment operations in Equitable’s Home Office in New York City. He held many executive positions in his career including Officer in Charge of Shopping Center Investments, throughout the U.S. and Canada. Upon his retirement, Bill and his wife Suzanne relocated to Hilton Head Island in 1993.

He was preceded in death by his wife Suzanne in 2017 and a sister Margery LaWare, of Sea Island, GA in 2001. Bill is survived by a niece, Margaret LaWare, Fernandina Beach, FL and a nephew, Kevin LaWare, Bronston, KY.

Arrangements are private and will be handled by The Island Funeral Home and Crematory.
