Obituary of Catherine A. Drescher

On this day April 3, 2021, Catherine Alice (Fitzpatrick) Drescher was called to her heavenly home. She was the beloved wife of Francis Albert Drescher, who preceded her in death January 18, 2018; and the beloved mother of Doreen E. Drescher and Daniel F. Drescher as well as Dan’s spouse Kelly Drescher.

She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren Christopher Ferraro, Courtney Ferraro, Connor Ferraro, and Olivia Drescher, along with many nieces and nephews.

Catherine and Frank moved to Hilton Head Island in 1996 after coming here frequently since 1968. Before that Upper Saddle River, NJ was their home. She loved HH Island and all its beauty and made many friends along the way and was active in the RCIA Program at St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church on Thursday, 6 May at 10:00 am.
