"Did I ever tell you you're my hero?

You're everything wish I could be.

And I can fly higher than a eagle,

'Cause you are the wind beneath my wings"

     by J. Silbar & L. Henley

Our mother was a hero to her entire family. If kindness, generosity, nurturing, humor, and good logical common sense could win awards, Mom would have won them all. She was also very artistic - she enjoyed painting, rug hooking and braiding, sewing, needlepoint, gardening, and quilting.

She was a member of St. Andrews by the Sea Methodist Church.

Burial will be private at Six Oaks Cemetery, at a later date.
