Annette Calhoun-Payne Annette Calhoun-Payne, 71, of Bluffton and wife of Brooks Payne, died Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 16 from 6 to 7 pm with a service at 7 pm at The Island Funeral Home and Crematory. Donations may be made to Agape Hospice or Disabled American Veterans.
