Obituary of Helen Stypulkowski

Helen Stypulkowski, age 90, of Hilton Head, SC passed away on February 8 at Brookdale Senior Living. She was born in Yonkers, NY, on February 28, 1927 to Iggy and Mary Poleshulk, who immigrated from Russia and Poland, to live in freedom. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Al, Steve, Pete, Ruthie, Sophie and Stella; and her husband Stanley, a decorated WW11 Veteran who continued his service as a Detective at the City of Yonkers Police Department. Helen is survived by her daughter Barbara Doyle and son William Stypulkowski who followed his father in law enforcement at the FBI, daughter-in-law Randee and son-in-law Brian. Helen was a special woman who lived a hard life with a smile, she loved her siblings and now celebrates with them in Heaven. There will be a private celebration of life.
